Ensure the App or Browser is Updated
Check for updates in the App Store, Google Play Store, or browser settings.
Running the latest version ensures optimal performance and bug fixes.
Clear the Intellect App Cache (Mobile)
Navigate to your phone’s settings.
Find the Intellect app under “Apps” or “Storage.”
Select "Clear Cache" to remove temporary data that might be causing issues.
Clear Browser Cache (If Using Google Chrome)
Open Chrome and click on the three-dot menu (top-right).
Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data.
Select Cached images and files and click Clear data.
