If you're having trouble logging in, you can easily reset your password using either the Intellect Mobile App or the Web App. Just follow the steps below:
Reset Your Password on the Mobile App
Open the Intellect App.
Tap Already have an account.
Tap Continue with Email.
Tap Forgot password?
Enter the email linked to your Intellect account.
Tap Continue.
Check your email for a Magic Code
Be sure to check your Spam and Junk folders.
Enter the Magic Code and your new password.
Tap Continue to finish resetting your password.
Reset Your Password on the Web App
On the login page, click Forgot Password?
Enter the email linked to your Intellect account.
Click Continue.
Check your email for a Magic Code
Don’t forget to check your Spam and Junk folders.
Enter the Magic Code and your new password.
Click Continue to complete the reset.
