Prepare your device and log on 5 minutes before.
Make yourself comfy.
Find a quiet, private, comfortable space with stable internet connection.
Turn off notifications on your devices.
Keep a glass of water beside you if you’d like.
During session
Keep an open mind.
Take notes if you’d like.
Feel free to share feedback on how the session is going for you and take things at your own pace.
After session
Take a moment. Note any learnings you gained from your session and what new aspects you could explore.
Remember that both growth and healing take time.
90% of change happens outside of the session. Time to practise!
