How do I get started with my coaching sessions?

Before session

It is normal to feel a little nervous before your first session. 


Why not try a Rescue Session, or pen your thoughts in our Guided Journal


  • Prepare your device and log on 5 minutes before.

  • Make yourself comfy. 

    • Find a quiet, private, comfortable space with stable internet connection. 

    • Turn off notifications on your devices. 

    • Keep a glass of water beside you if you’d like.


During session

  • Keep an open mind.
 

  • Take notes if you’d like. 
 

  • Feel free to share feedback on how the session is going for you and take things at your own pace.


After session

  • Take a moment. Note any learnings you gained from your session and what new aspects you could explore.

  • Remember that both growth and healing take time.


  • 90% of change happens outside of the session. Time to practise!
