I am unable to login, the app is asking for a Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), what do I do?

Modified on Thu, Dec 4 at 4:06 PM

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security process that requires users to verify their identity using multiple authentication methods before accessing an account or system. Specifically, clients will be able to use their work email addresses to sign in to their Intellect accounts.

To log in using the two-factor authentication method, please follow the steps below:

1. On the welcome page, tap on "Already have an account?"

2. Continue with "Google". For the sign-in permission prompt, tap on "Continue"

3. Select your work email address for the sign-in confirmation page, tap on "Continue"

4. Using your authenticator, add your two-factor authentication code. Tap on "Authenticate". If the code isn’t working, please make sure that your two-factor authentication (2FA) is set up using the time-based method rather than the counter-based method.

If the authentication method was set incorrectly, or if your one-time code still doesn’t allow you to log in, please contact support@intellect.co.
