Restart the Intellect app.
Clear the app cache:
For iOS: Go to Settings → Intellect →
For Android: Go to Settings → Apps → Intellect → Storage → Clear Cache.
If it still crashes, please check if you have the latest version, if not, please update.
If the issue still persists, please email us at support@intellect.co , please include in your email if you already did the basic troubleshooting so we can assist you accordingly.
