How can I get access to Intellect App or how can I log in to an existing account on Intellect App?

For new users joining with organisation access code (i.e., your organisation has provided you with a unique access code):

  1. Download the Intellect app

  2. Select "I'm new here" then "With your company"

  3. Enter your organisation’s unique access code*, then tap “Continue”

  4. Select your language and sign up using your work email address


*Unsure of your access code? Reach out to your HR or email support@intellect.co 


For new users joining via SSO:

  1. Download the Intellect app

  2. Select "I'm new here" then "With your company"

  3. Select “Join via SSO”

  4. Sign up with your work email address


Already an Intellect user? 

  1. Using your mobile phone, install the Intellect app

  2. Select “I already have an account”

  3. Select “Continue with Email

  4. Enter the email address and password associated with your Intellect account. (If you have SSO login enabled, you can tap “Continue” without entering your password. You will be prompted to continue logging in via SSO.)



If you are unable to login using your password, please try to troubleshoot the issue by following the methods below:

  • Type in your email address and password MANUALLY rather than auto-fill

  • Ensure that the email address and password are typed in correctly (case sensitive)

  • If you’re still unable to log in, you may click on the Forgot password? option.
