Why does the session room still show as "active"?

Overview:
Sometimes, session rooms may appear active even after the session ends. This could be due to a sync delay or caching.


What to Try:

  • Refresh the dashboard or platform

  • Log out and log back into your account

  • Clear your browser or app cache
