You can join your Intellect session using either the Web App (on your computer) or the Mobile App (on your phone or tablet). Below are the step-by-step instructions for both platforms.
Joining a Session through the Web App
To access the Intellect platform from your laptop or desktop, use this link:

Instructions:
Open the Intellect web app and log in to your account.
Select the Care tab and click on Clinical.
Click Join Session at the time of your appointment to enter the virtual room.
Note: You may join as early as 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

Joining a Session through the Mobile App
Instructions:
Open the Intellect mobile app and log in to your account.
Go to the Care tab.
Tap Join Session at the time of your appointment to enter the virtual room.

Tips for the Best Experience
Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Wi-Fi is recommended where possible.
Close any other applications or browser tabs that may be using your microphone or camera.
Use headphones for clearer audio and to minimize background noise.
