Cancellation Policy

At Intellect, our goal is to provide quality support to all clients in a timely manner. We discourage no-shows and late cancellations, as last-minute changes affect the quality of service our providers can offer.


Rescheduling Virtual and In-Person Sessions

We recommend keeping your scheduled sessions, as Intellect Providers specifically allocate time for you.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session via the Intellect platform. This applies to both virtual and in-person sessions.


Late Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Late cancellation: Cancelling a session (virtual or in-person) less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • No-show: Failing to attend a session (virtual or in-person) without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance.


Important

  • Credits will be deducted for late cancellations and no-shows.

  • No refunds will be issued for these circumstances.


Exceptions

If you experience unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as:

  • Technical issues preventing you from joining

  • Urgent medical concerns

  • The provider cancelling last minute

  • The provider failing to attend
