If you're having trouble logging in to your Intellect account due to password issues, here are some quick troubleshooting steps you can try before resetting your password.
Step 1: Basic Troubleshooting
Please check the following to ensure your login details are entered correctly:
Make sure there are no typographical errors in your email or password.
Confirm that you are entering your password in the correct letter case (uppercase/lowercase exactly as you set it).
Remove any unnecessary spaces before, in between, or after your email address or password.
Ensure you are using your authorized work email (especially if you have more than one work email).
If everything looks correct but you still cannot log in, proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Reset Your Password
If the issue persists, we recommend resetting your password. You can follow our full reset guide here: How can I reset my password?
In most cases, resetting the password resolves login issues. However, if you do not receive the Magic Code, please refer to the guidance below.
Step 3: If You're Not Receiving the Magic Code
Some users may not receive the Magic Code due to restrictions on their work email domain. Here are two recommended solutions:
Option A: Add a Secondary Email Address
If your work email cannot receive external emails, adding a secondary email to your Intellect account will allow you to receive the Magic Code.
This requires assistance from our Tech Team.
Please contact us, and we will submit a Jira request on your behalf.
Option B: Contact Your HR Team
If adding a secondary email is not preferred:
You may request your HR or IT department to whitelist Intellect’s email domain.
Once whitelisted, you should be able to receive the Magic Code without issue.
