Changing Your Coach/Clinician

This guide helps users navigate the Intellect app to book a new coach or change their existing coach/clinician, ensuring a smooth experience and minimizing support escalations.

Changing Your Coach

• Log in to your Intellect account.

• Tap Explore Coaching.

• Select up to 3 areas of your life you’d like to work on.

• Choose your preferred session language (can only be set during the matching process).

• Enter the name you’d like to be addressed by.

• Review the following documents and tick the checkboxes to confirm:

  • Terms of Service

  • Privacy Statement

  • Rights & Responsibilities

  • Coaching Substitute Disclaimer

• Tap Find my Coach.

• Browse through coach profiles:

  • Tap a coach’s photo and then Work with [Coach’s Name].

  • Scroll left to view more profiles.

  • Scroll down to see each coach’s full profile.

• Once ready, select the coach that best fits your needs.

Changing Your Clinician

• Select the Care tab in the app.

• Tap “Questions? Chat with your Coach/Clinician”.

• Tap the ellipsis (⋮) in the upper-right corner.

• Select “Change Coach/Clinician”.

• Tap Continue and provide your reason for requesting a new coach.

• Tap Continue again to share additional feedback (optional).

• Choose your next step:

  • Tap “Find another coach” to be matched with a new coach.

  • Tap “Return to homepage” if you do not wish to get matched immediately.

Tips:

• Ensure your app is updated to the latest version to mitigate technical issues.

• Take time to review each coach’s profile to find the best match for your goals.

• Users can provide feedback during or after the matching process to improve future recommendations.
