If you’re having trouble logging in to Intellect via SSO, we recommend troubleshooting following the methods below to resolve the issue:
1. Browser
Use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Other browsers may not be compatible.
2. Email Address
Make sure you’re using your authorized work email. Personal emails or incorrect domains will not work.
3. Work Email Status
Ensure your work email is active and synced with your organization’s network.
If you’re unsure, contact your IT or admin team.
4. Incognito Mode
Try logging in using an incognito/private browser window.
This can help bypass temporary issues.
5. Clear Cache & Cookies
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try logging in again.
6. VPN
If you’re using a VPN, try disabling it and logging in again.
7. Company Firewall Restrictions
Some organizations have firewalls that block SSO.
If your login is blocked, contact your IT/admin team to allow access.
8. Network
Try switching to mobile data or a different Wi-Fi network.
This can help if your current network has restrictions.
