How to reschedule or cancel a session

If you need to change or cancel your upcoming session, you can do so directly in the Intellect app.


Steps to Reschedule a Session

  1. Open the Intellect App on your device.

  2. Tap "Care" from the bottom menu.

  3. Select the session type under which your booking was made:

    • Coaching

    • Clinical

    • (or other available service types)

  4. Locate your upcoming session and tap the (⋮) icon.

  5. Select "Reschedule Session" (or the calendar/change icon, if shown).

  6. Choose your preferred new date and time from the provider’s available slots.

  7. Tap "Reschedule Session" again to confirm the change.


Steps to Cancel a Session


1–4. Follow the same steps as above.
5. Instead of selecting “Reschedule Session,” tap "Cancel Session".
6. Tap "Yes, cancel my session" to confirm.
7. Select a reason for cancellation:

  • If you choose "I have a scheduling conflict", you’ll be prompted to select a new date and time.

  • If you choose another reason, the session will be cancelled without rescheduling.

  1. After cancelling, you can:

    • Return to the Care page to view your other sessions, or

    • Go to the Booking page to schedule a new session.



Before You Cancel

  • Cancelling less than 24 hours before the session will be considered a late cancellation and credits will be deducted.

  • No-shows (missing a session without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance) will also result in the credits used being deducted.

  • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • If you have unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, provider cancellation), please contact support@intellect.co.



Important Notes

  • Cut-off time: Rescheduling or cancelling is only available until 24 hours before the session start time.

  • Time zone: Session times are shown in your device’s local time zone; please double-check before confirming.

  • Availability: If your preferred slot is not available, try selecting a different date or contact support@intellect.co for assistance.


Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues while rescheduling or cancelling:

  1. Check if you’re within the cut-off time — the option will be disabled if the session is too close to start time.

  2. Pull down (swipe down) on the session list to refresh and load the latest details.

  3. Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Intellect app.

  4. Log out and back in.

  5. Contact support@intellect.co if the issue persists.
