Overview:
Packet loss can cause disruptions in video and audio during your session. This usually points to internet instability or congestion.


What to Try:

  • Use a stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download)

  • Close any background apps or downloads

  • If possible, switch to another device or internet connection
