How can I cancel my Premium Account and request a refund?

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you cancel before the trial period is up. To initiate the cancellation and refund process, please follow the steps below:

For Android Devices: 

Cancellation: If you processed the order through an Android phone, please follow the steps on this link- https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en

Refund: Please forward the email confirmation of your subscription along with the Order Number to support@intellect.co. The Order Number would look like this: GPA.1234-5678-9012-34567..8. 

You may also see the Order Number by going to Play Store →  Profile →  Subscriptions on your device. 

For iOS Devices: 

Cancellation: If you purchased your subscription through the Apple Store, please follow the steps outlined in the link: https://support.apple.com/en-in/118428

Refund: As per Apple's company policy, only Apple is able to issue refunds. As such, you may process the refund by following the steps listed in this link: https://support.apple.com/en-in/118223
