You can connect with a coach instantly through the Intellect platform! Follow through the screens in the Coach tab and complete the initial assessment. You will see a list of recommended coaches that best match your needs and goals, and you can then choose your own coach. From there, you can book a coaching session and start messaging your coach immediately.
